метод оценки компании, в котором налоговый щит не рассматривается как источник изменения ставки дисконтирования. Расчет начинается с того, что налоговый щит учитывается как независимый и самостоятельный актив, а затем результат прибавляется к стоимости нелевериджированных активов. Формула, на которой основана APV, записывается так : VF = VD + VE = VA + VTS – DR, где VF — оценка стоимости фирмы, VD — стоимость долга (заемного капитала), VE — стоимость акционерного (собственного) капитала, VA — стоимость нелевериджированных активов (активов без учета финансового рычага), VTS — стоимость налогового щита и DR — оценка риска дефолта.
